Tax Recovery Arrears List
According to the Municipal Government Act s. 412 Municipalities must post the following Tax Recovery Arrears List in a public space. This List will be posted on the Community Board in Yellowstone and here on the Village’s website. Please click here to view properties in the Summer Village that are in tax arrears and enrolled in the Tax Recovery Program.

Combined Tax and Assessment Notices are mailed annually in May.

Has Your Mailing Address Changed?
Please inform the Administration Office if your mailing address has changed to ensure you receive your mail from the Summer Village at 587-862-0500.  You should also notify Alberta Land Titles of the change – 780-427-2742  Land Titles Address Change Form.

WAYS TO PAY YOUR TAXES

Tax Payment Plan (TPP) -The Summer Village of Yellowstone allows residents to make equal installments for paying taxes from January through to December. Please contact the Village office for eligibility requirements and more information and to have a TPP authorization form sent to you.


Taxes can be paid online or through telephone banking at the following financial institutions.

Payments can be mailed to Site 11, Comp 123, RR 2, Gunn, AB  T0E 1A0 – Please ensure cheques are made payable to the “Summer Village of Yellowstone.”  Envelopes must be postmarked on or before the tax due date.

Monthly Tax Payment Plan
Take advantage of the Tax Payment Plan. By making equal monthly installments, you will avoid penalties and the need for a large lump-sum payment. Contact the office for more information at 587-862-0500. 


Education Property Tax Assistance for Seniors and Senior Property Tax Deferral Program
Please contact the Alberta Seniors Information Line at 1-877-644-9992 for more detailed information on how you may qualify for the above programs.

Tax Certificates
Tax Certificates are $25.00 each and can be requested by sending a formal request via email to [email protected] with proof of payment. Please make payment payable to the Summer Village of Yellowstone.
